When To Travel

This is most often the case where child custody or child visitation is at issue. However, even if it is not possible for a client to travel to Georgia, we have successfully won custody modification orders and visitation disputes for clients, who for a variety of reasons, were unable to make the trip. This will be an issue we will discuss with you and plan our case accordingly.
