When To Travel
Again, while the majority of the cases we've handled required no personal travel to Georgia, on a case-by-case basis we may determine that a case warrants making at least one trip to Georgia. This is most often the case where child custody or child visitation is at issue. However, even if it is not possible for a client to travel to Georgia, we have successfully won custody modification orders and visitation disputes for clients, who for a variety of reasons, were unable to make the trip. This will be an issue we will discuss with you and plan our case accordingly.
